Staff Physician, Neurologist - Neurosurgery, McGovern Medical School
UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, is seeking a full-time Neurologist focused on the highest level of patient care to join our neurology community program within the Department of Neurosurgery. This position will provide outpatient service at our clinic at the Memorial City campus, where other UTHealth Houston neurosurgeons, neurologists, and pain specialists practice.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and managing a range of neurological conditions by:

- Setting diagnoses and offering treatments and appropriate health advice based on evidence-based medicine.

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and support staff to provide comprehensive and optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited neurology residency program.
· Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
· Texas medical license (or eligible for licensure).
· Subspecialty Interest: Training and/or expertise in Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular diseases is desirable but not necessary.
