Qualifications:

 

  •       MD, DO, and Ph.D. or equivalent degrees.
  •      Texas Medical License (or eligibility) 

 

This position requires both outstanding clinical skills and proven leadership. While academic interests across pediatric infectious diseases are welcome, ideal candidates will have a strong track record of scholarly productivity, preferably a scientist with a history of independently funded research consistent with Division and Department goals. Additional requirements include board certification in their clinical discipline, along with full eligibility for Texas licensure, participation in UT Physicians health plan, and credentialing at affiliated medical institutions.

 

Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, discovery, and service; a track record of achievement in their field of expertise; established recognition in academic pediatrics; and an interest in fulfilling the common goals of McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
