UTHealth Houston is looking for a seasonal hire to work with our IT Finance and Business Services department. This will be a temporary position that is paid hourly. Seasonal hire engagements usually only last four to five months but are a great way to get acquainted with UTHealth Houston and see if it is an institution you would like to work for full-time. This is a great place to start if you have a strong interest in IT, finance, and general business operations.
Position Key Accountabilities:
- Handles general inquiries,
- Assists with data entry and basic processing for the financial system.
- Schedules meetings and rooms and invites participants.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and staff expense reimbursements.
- Maintains office supplies and equipment.

No minimum in education.
Minimum Experience:
This is a role designed to give you experience. No incoming work history is needed. Experience in an office in a clerical role is preferred.
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
