Certification/Skills:

  • Must have experience with marketing/presentation tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Proficient in process improvement.
  • High degree of self-motivation, integrity, versatility and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of outpatient health care business.
  • Experience in practice workflow redesign, practice staff training, or quality improvement projects.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills.  
  • Working knowledge of electronic health record systems.
  • Certifications in health information technology or healthcare quality.
  • Competency in EHR quality metrics gathering or quality reports analysis.

 

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health or a related field; or equivalent or relevant experience in lieu of education. 

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Three years of related experience.  Clinical experience is preferred.  One of the following certifications can be used as a substitute for one year of experience: NCQA, CPHQ, HCQM, or TeamSTEPPS.

 

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
