Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing, Public Health, Health Administration or directly related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five years of related experience.

Preferred:

  • Three years of experience in Quality Improvement or Quality Management
  • Three years in managed care environment
  • Required knowledge of NCQA standards Preferred knowledge of health plan performance and HEDIS measures
  • Intermediate Knowledge of community, state and federal laws and resources

Physical Requirements:

  • Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
