Certification/Skills
Strategic Thinking: Set strategic context based on industry trends, evaluate patterns emerging in the market, develop long-term implications and recommend pragmatic strategies for new business opportunities and Hospital Collaborations.
Analytical Rigor: Ability to bring intellectual leadership and structure to ill-defined problems, and to synthesize insights from analysis and ensure credible, actionable recommendations.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial modeling and experience with financial planning, budgeting and capital allocation in the context of strategic planning to maximize resources and return on investments.
Communications Skills: Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, and promote ideas and proposals persuasively to executives, peers and individual contributors.
Problem Solving: Work independently to identify and resolve complex client problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Minimum Experience
Seven years of strategy and business development experience.
Physical Requirements
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
