QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Applicants should possess a doctoral degree in clinical science, biomedical informatics, computer science, or related disciplines.

  • Applicants at the associate or full professor level, substantial experience working in an informatics capacity in a health care organization, as well as a strong track record of teaching at the graduate level, extramural funding and published research is required.

  • Applicants at the assistant professor level, substantial experience working in an informatics capacity in a health care organization is required.

  • Candidates who can demonstrate teaching experience, along with experience mentoring junior staff will be preferred.

  • A strong organizational performance improvement background utilizing informatics is preferred.  Work in Six Sigma, Lean, Quality, Project Management, or other performance disciplines are welcomed. 

 

SALARY:

Competitive and dependent upon qualifications and experience.


APPOINTMENT/BENEFITS:

This position is a 12-month full-time appointment on the non-tenure track.
