Certification/Skills:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills and the ability to lead across entity lines.
- Case management proficiency and project management skills.
- Exceptional organization and initiative with meticulous attention to detail and ability to issue spot.
- Ability to multi-task, responding to myriad requests/projects requiring 80+ wpm typing speed, operating with advanced proficiency levels in the Microsoft suite, and demonstrating expertise in its various applications and functionalities.
- Critical thinking, including report analysis.
- Ability to make sound judgments within the scope of assigned duties
- Problem-solving skills, including being skilled in handling difficult situations.
- Demonstrated capability to effectively communicate in all modes of communication and convey information clearly, efficiently, and effectively.

- ATT- JD Attorney preferred.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree required, Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Seven (7) years in case or report management related to compliance reports or legal/regulatory matters within a corporate or organizational setting required. Five (5) years of professional experience in a leadership role in financial, legal, compliance, or audit functions, with some experience in a university and/or healthcare setting preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive:
This job class may contain positions that are security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code § 51.215
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
